Overview
It all starts with a guided virtual tour of your dream home through your mind’s eye! We drive up to your home, turn into your driveway, park the car, walk up to your front door or enter through the garage! Then we do the first thing you would do when you get home, go into the first room you would go into and then the next etc…! In this way we will tour the entire house “functionally” the way you are wired and are comfortable doing almost with your eyes closed! We will dive into each room with more detail to see how you functionally use each before we set about to put it down on paper in the form of a floor plan. Then we sit down with you again and start editing the preliminary floor plan to your liking within the constraints of the latest residential building codes. Cell: 267-625-7107
