We got this project because the client needed extensive services including rezoning before they could proceed with their plans to build a 10 station dental office.
Clients leased a portion of a larger retail space (former Dollar General) which then had to be rezoned to support a medical office, specifically, a Dental Office. So we provided:
We represented the client at zoning board hearings and presented their case. We also fielded community questions during the feedback / comment period. Upon zoning approval, we proceeded to file for and eventually obtained the necessary permits in a timely fashion. After which, we prosecuted the construction work to a successful completion.
One of the issues we faced was a sanction from L & I Philadelphia because our client installed signage at location prior to zoning approval. L & I demanded removal of all signage or face stiff fines! We were called in and successfully managed that situation to an amicable conclusion.
