Attractive Properties purchased a distressed single story farm house then proceeded to completely gut and renovate it, including adding a second floor addition and 30 square feet of office space above renovated detached 3 car garage.

The bathroom on 1st floor was also converted into an accessible bathroom.  We added a guest bedroom in addition to the new kitchen, living room and dining room.  We renovated the full basement and added central air conditioning to existing oil fueled hot water base board heating system with dual zoning.  Finally, we dormer-ed the rear of the 3 car detached garage and added 30 square feet of office space complete with its own heat and air conditioning tied into an electrical sub-panel in the garage below.
